Ms. Richardson comes from a family of entrepreneurs and, as a child, her parents encouraged her to be creative and industrious.   So, every holiday season, she sold handmade t-shirts and accessories at local events in her hometown of Portland, Oregon.

After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Simmons College, in Boston, Massachusetts, and conducting research with the National Human Genome Center in Washington, D.C., Ms. Richardson longed to nurture her creative growth.   A few life-changing conversations later, she decided to pursue her dream of being a jewelry designer.   She took a few preliminary courses in wax carving, silversmithing and design, and then left her career in Washington, D.C. to become a full time student at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

While at FIT, Ms. Richardson studied under master jewelry designers from Tiffany and Company, Harry Winston, and Van Cleef and Arpels.   Learning under such seasoned professionals helped her land a role working for Liz Claiborne, Incorporated on several licensed brands.   Shortly after leaving Liz Claiborne, she began designing for a leading Sterling silver designer in Atlanta, Georgia.

Today, after having designed custom-made pieces for her close friends and family, Ms. Richardson has decided to expand her client list to a select few.   These custom pieces are an exploration of the unlimited possibility of jewelry design.   You are invited to join the discovery process.   Welcome to the beginning...
